Rules of the Groodle waitlist rewards programme
Version 1 · 30.10.2026
The French version is authoritative. Read the French version
1. Organiser
The programme is organised by SH GROUP SA, a Swiss company limited by shares, UID CHE-110.580.456, registered office in Chêne-Bougeries (Geneva, Switzerland), which operates Groodle. Contact: contact@groodle.ch.
2. How it works
When you invite friends to join the Groodle waitlist with your personal link, you earn points. At certain tiers, you unlock a reward. There is no ranking, no draw and no chance involved: anyone who reaches a tier is entitled to it, under these rules.
Taking part is free. No purchase, payment or financial support is required, and none gives you points.
3. Who can take part
- Anyone aged 16 or over who signed up to the waitlist as an individual and confirmed their e-mail address.
- Restaurant sign-ups do not take part in the programme.
- Excluded: staff of SH GROUP SA and Groodle, and people working for a Groodle partner restaurant and acting on its behalf.
4. Points
- 50 points when you confirm your sign-up.
- 50 points for each friend who signs up with your link and confirms their address.
- A friend counts only once, with their own valid, non-disposable e-mail address that is not already signed up.
- Points are calculated by Groodle. They have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.
- Your balance and your next tier are shown on your status page (the link you received by e-mail).
5. Tiers and rewards
| Tier | Condition | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Pioneer | 3 confirmed friends | The "Pioneer" badge and access to the service from the first day it opens. If the opening happens in waves, Pioneers are in the first one. |
| Kit | 10 confirmed friends | A kit of Groodle-branded items, with an indicative value of CHF 15. |
| Meal | 25 confirmed friends, at least 5 of whom have become customers | A voucher for a meal for two at a Groodle partner restaurant in Geneva, worth up to CHF 100, paid for by Groodle. |
A friend has "become a customer" once they have created their Groodle account with the address signed up to the waitlist and used a first offer at a restaurant. The Meal tier can therefore only be reached after the service opens. You do not have to buy anything.
A tier you have reached stays yours, even if the scale changes later. Each reward is given only once per person.
6. Duration
The programme starts on the activation date shown on this page. It ends when the waitlist closes, 30 days after the service opens. A tier reached before the closing date remains due after it.
Groodle may end or change the programme for the future, by publishing it on this page and telling people on the waitlist by e-mail. Tiers already reached remain due.
7. Checks and delivery
- Before any reward is given, Groodle checks that the referrals are genuine. Two different team members approve each reward.
- Kit: once approved, Groodle writes to ask you for a delivery address in Switzerland, or offers to hand it over in person in Geneva. The kit is sent within 60 days of your reply.
- Meal: the voucher is sent to you by e-mail. It is personal and valid for 6 months from the day it is sent. It cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. The sale of alcoholic drinks remains subject to the restaurant's rules and to the law.
- Limited stock: Groodle gives at most 4 Meal vouchers per month, and its rewards stay within its monthly promotion budget. If the month's stock or budget is reached, your reward is given the following month, in the order in which tiers were reached. It is never lost for that reason.
- If you do not reply within 60 days of the request for an address, or do not use your voucher within its validity, the reward is lost.
8. What is not allowed
The following are prohibited: fake accounts, disposable or multiple addresses, signing yourself up through your own link, bots, unsolicited mass mailings, buying or selling sign-ups, and any other fraud. Share your link only with people who are happy to receive it.
In case of abuse, Groodle may remove the referrals concerned and the points they gave, refuse a reward not yet delivered, or exclude the person from the programme. The decision is reasoned, and you can contest it at contact@groodle.ch.
9. Personal data
The programme uses your waitlist data: your sign-up, the sign-ups made with your link, and whether a friend has become a customer. Your friends are never named: you only see how many there are. For the kit, the delivery address is used only for shipping. It is not stored in Groodle's database and is erased at the latest 30 days after delivery. Everything else is described in the privacy policy.
10. Applicable law
These rules complete the waitlist terms of use. They are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to the mandatory places of jurisdiction provided by law, in particular for consumers.
